Typically, the Department of Justice will charge $32.00. If an FBI background check is required, it is usually $19.00. Refer to your Live Scan Request Form to see if the FBI check is required. Your fees may vary. You may not be required to pay any of the government fees. Refer to the requesting agency (the agency requiring the scan) if you are not sure.
